The employee performs the following functions:
- Organizes the storage of accumulated documents, prepares files for binding, selects pages to be restored;
- Checks the quantity and condition of documents, records bound files, pages to be restored and conserved, finds out missing files;
- Puts newly received and organized documents into boxes and folders, organizes the topography of storage facilities;
- Issue files to readers and employees, return them to storage facilities for inspection;
- Monitors compliance with the requirements of the document storage regime, records device readings;
- Performs minor document repairs;
- Executes the orders of the archive management, pays for the work done.
The employee must meet the following special requirements:
- To know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating civil service, labor relations, information protection and provision;
- Have a good knowledge of the Law on Documents and Archives of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts regulating the management of documents; Requirements for document repositories and other legal documents regulating the activities of archives, fire protection requirements;
- Have a higher non-university or secondary education, skills in working with documents and 2 years of work experience;
- Independently plan, organize your activities, choose methods and solutions;
- To be dutiful, hardworking, attentive, able to concentrate, able to communicate, able to work intensively physically.
