The employee performs the following functions:
- advises on issues in the assigned area;
- prepares draft legal acts, provides comments, proposals for their improvement;
- prepares and provides information on complex issues related to supervision and control or, if necessary, coordinates the preparation and provision of information on complex issues related to supervision and (or) control;
- performs supervision and (or) control activities or, if necessary, coordinates the performance of supervision and (or) control activities;
- coordinates the preparation of reports, conclusions and other documents or prepares reports, conclusions and other documents;
- coordinates the processing of information related to the implementation of activities or, if necessary, processes information related to the planning of activities;
- coordinates the processing of information related to monitoring and (or) analysis or, if necessary, processes related information;
- plans, organizes and implements public procurement;
- carries out corruption prevention and control;
- carries out internal control, controls the accounting of material assets and the proper preparation of documents;
- prepares, processes and provides information related to information technologies;
- maintains and administers system software and hardware;
- carries out other non-permanent assignments related to the activities of the institution.
The employee must meet the following special requirements:
- have at least a higher university education or equivalent education;
- have at least 3 (three) years of work experience in the areas of management, supervision, control or legal work;
- be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package, be able to use the computer systems and registers of the government and administrative institutions of the Republic of Lithuania necessary for the activities;
- be familiar with the rules for preparing legal acts and other documents, be able to prepare operational management, supervision, control, organizational documents and draft legal acts;
- be familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the administration of archive activities and the preparation of legal acts;
- to know the state archives system, the regulations and legal acts of the Chief Archivist of Lithuania;
- to be able to manage, systematize, summarize information, and draw conclusions;
- to be familiar with the activities of state government and administrative institutions;
- to express ideas fluently in writing and orally, to be able to manage, accumulate, systematize, analyze, summarize information, draw substantiated conclusions, independently plan and organize work;
- to be excellent at expressing ideas in writing and orally;
- to speak English at the advanced user level B2.
