The employee performs the following functions:
- Responsible for receiving incoming correspondence, registering received and outgoing documents, distributing documents to employees, sending archive documents;
- Manages archive activity documents, personnel documentation, personal files of employees, prepares vacation schedules;
- Organizes archive public purchases, manages procurement documentation;
- Digitizes archive accounting documents;
- Digitizes and copies documents stored in the archive at the request of users and employees;
- Participates in creating and supplementing the electronic archive information systems of the archive;
- Performs maintenance, inventory and write-off of archive assets;
- Executes the orders of the archive management, head of department, accounts for the work done.
The employee must meet the following requirements:
- To know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating civil service, labor relations, information protection and provision;
- Have a good knowledge of the Law on Documents and Archives of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts regulating the management of documents;
- Have a higher non-university education, be interested in the cultural history of Lithuania, activities of culture and art, educational institutions and organizations, constantly update the knowledge of the specialty;
- To be able to work independently, to be able to find the necessary solutions;
- Know how to communicate with people of various educations and positions, maintain discretion in relation to visitors, employees and documents;
- Fluently teach ideas in writing and orally in the national language, have the basics of working with a computer, know the requirements for the preparation of legal acts and other documents;
- Be dutiful, hardworking, creative, proactive;
- Have the basics of a foreign language.
